Ada kawan india adik saya yang ingin order kek, vegan (vegetarian) orangnya, request kek yang x de telur... so saya prepare kek ni, dan alhamdullilah x de le keras kedekung... ye le tak penah saya wat kek yg takde telur (kecuali Chocolate Cake).. saya ni memang pengemar telur tegar... suka sebab telur akan buatkan kek kita fluffykan.... Tapi this time the outcome quite ok and taste good.. amik resepi dari sini
Bahan-bahan
300 gm all purpose flour
150-180 grm granulate sugar (I used only 160gm)
200ml thick yogurt
50 ml blueberry filling
125ml oil
1 ts essence vanilla
1 ts 1/4 baking powder
1/2 ts baking soda
Frosting
500ml non dairy ready for topping whipping Cream (beat until hard peak)
Method
1. Beat Yogurt until smooth
2. Add sugar and beat until dissolved
3. add Baking powder and baking soda fold together and set aside for 5 minute until frothy
4. add Vanilla, Blueberry filling and oil and beat until combined
5. Add slowly flour and fold together into the batter slowly and use your mixer and beat until there's no lump.
6. Bake at 170'C for 20-25 minutes

ReplyDeletesebenarnya kek tu mayang wat 3 loyang dan filling dengan blueberi dan whipping cream.. x de naik sgt kak nor ... mungkin sbb letak filling yg jadi naik camgitu..
