Super Moist Eggless Chocolate Cake with Jelly Bean Topping..

Emergency sesangat... tengah2 asyik menonton Adam Dan Hawa Episod 44 (agak2 le) tetiba anak-anak kesayangan inform, Umi, esok ada party sket... yang saya pun dok fikir parti apa lak bebudak ni.. rasanyer besday memasing suma dah lepas.. takkan parti liar kot... Saya pun bertanya kat anak saya, "parti ape ni abang, besday sape lak....? abang : isshhh umi parti last school le, next week dah holiday .. cuti 1 bulan uuumiii... 30 hari gitu.... hahahah excitednyer abang bab2 coti ni... hahahh tu le umi ni prihatin sangat.. camgitu le jadinyer, sampai coti sekolah anak pun tak tau...hahahah.. berbalik ke party tadi.. apa kejadah pukul 10.00 nak mencari barang2 makan untuk parti .. kedai pun dah tutup... agak2 le... hmmm... so saya decided wat kek coklat.. yg senang2 supaya boleh le anak saya bawa pergi sekolah... Anak siap bagi warning.. : Umi kena bawa makanan le .. cam pot luck ofis umi tu, kalau tak bawa malu le abang... hamboiii ugut ke ape ni?????? Dengan sepantas kilat terhasil le kek Coklat (tanpa telur- in malay version) hahahah... Jely Bean Lebihan kudapan anak-anak saya tempekkan kat atas kek ini... Amacam kengkawan comel tak Cupcake tu.... Resepi ni saya amik dari akak Dayang. Really marveles, bahan2 pun tak banyak... kalau nak versi yang lebih cantik singgah le blog kak Dayang yek,

Super Moist Eggless Chocolate Cake
Resepi : DapurKu SaYang@dayangjack.blogspot.com



bahan-bahan : loyang 6-7 inci
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil baking powder
1/2 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
1/2 cawan serbuk koko (DJ guna Cap Kijang)
2 sudu besar susu tepung
1 1/4 cawan air sejuk (dari peti ais)
1 cawan gula perang
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
1/2 sudu kecil coffee emulco atau chocolate emulco
secubit garam
1/2 cawan minyak masak sayuran atau minyak jagung atau mentega cair
1 sudu kecil cuka atau jus lemon

Cara-cara :
Panaskan oven pada suhu 160C. Sediakan loyang kek. Griskan dengan mentega. Jika ingin menggunakan paper cup pun boleh juga.
Ayakkan tepung bersama baking powder, soda bikarbonat dan serbuk koko di dalam bekas besar. Masukkan tepung susu, garam dan gula perang. Kemudian dikacau rata-rata.
Masukkan air sejuk, minyak masak, esen vanila dan coffee emulco/chocolate emulco. Kacau perlahan-lahan dengan whisk. Pastikan adunan tidak berketul.
Akhir sekali masukkan cuka atau jus lemon. Terus dikacau serta merta sehingga sebati.
Tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang dan bakar selama 30-40 minit atau hingga masak.
Sejukkan kek setelah masak. Boleh juga dihiaskan dengan topping kegemaran.
